I’VE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
Detailed product information is listed in the item description and I ask that you please choose your item carefully. I am unable to offer returns for change of mind at this stage.
I GAVE YOU THE WRONG ADDRESS IN MY ORDER!
Please email ASAP here and I will try to change the address if your order has not been shipped yet. I am unable to change the address once the order has left my studio.
THE PRINT I LOVE IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT BE BACK?
Oh no! Limited edition prints are just that - very limited, and unfortunately once they are sold I am unable to reprint. Please sign up to my mailing list here to ensure that you are the first in line for the next release of prints. My subscribers are always given priority access to my prints.
IF I ORDER NOW, WILL MY PRINT BE SENT IMMEDIATELY?
No, it will not be sent immediately. Orders are placed with the printer on the 1st and 14th of each month. Please allow 1 week for printing and 1 week for shipping.
CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK FROM THE PRINTERS?
Yes. This can be organised with Hound & Bone Printers in Brunswick, Victoria when you receive an email to confirm that your print is ready for pickup.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRINT TO ARRIVE?
Your print will be ordered and printed after the 1st or 14th of each month and posted out after that date. Please allow for at least 2 weeks after the 1st or 14th of the month for your artwork to arrive by post.
DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?
No, but I recommend Frames Readymade in East Brunswick.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PAINTING TO ARRIVE?
Please allow two weeks for packing and shipping of all paintings.
Refunds
All limited edition prints are printed on fine art archival paper by Hound & Bone. Each print is checked by Hound & Bone’s expert team for quality and prints are not available for refund or return. Each print comes with a hand signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity personally signed by Claire Lefebvre.
Your privacy is very important. I respect your personal information and will only use it to provide you with excellent customer service and art that you love.
I will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone.
Information submitted to Claire Lefebvre is only available to myself and service providers that process your order, such as Australia Post. I will keep this page updated regarding any changes to this privacy policy.

Payment
Plans
All artworks can be reserved with a 30% non‑refundable deposit. The remaining 70% is payable in three equal monthly instalments via secure Xero invoices. Once the final payment is received, your artwork will be shipped or ready for collection.
How does the process work?
Select SECURE YOUR ARTWORK and checkout.
If you choose the deposit, we’ll email you a payment plan schedule within 1–2 business days.
Xero invoices will arrive monthly and can be paid online by card or bank transfer.
Your artwork is kept safely for you during the plan and released after the last payment.
Is the deposit refundable?
No, deposits secure your chosen artwork and are non‑refundable. This ensures the piece is held exclusively for you during the payment plan.
Can I pay it off sooner?
Yes. You’re welcome to pay the remaining balance early, simply reply to your invoice and we’ll adjust the schedule for you.
When will my artwork ship?
Artworks ship once full payment is received. Shipping is free Australia-wide.
Do you offer longer payment plans?
At this time, payment plans are set to three months to keep the process simple and grounded.
